To enter, please complete the entry form (DOCX 86KB), Hunter SSA consent form (DOCX 69KB) and return a hard copy of the form and your entry fee payment receipt to the Hunter Office – 1 week prior to the event date.

Students attending the event
- Please ensure you have returned a completed entry form, Hunter SSA consent form and entry fee payment receipt to the Hunter Sports Office – 1 weeks prior to the event date. You must also enter the event through the hunterschoolsmtb.com
- Please visit the Hunter School Sport Website for the latest event information. Any cancellation or postponement notifications will be posted on the Hunter Facebook page by 7:30am on the event day.
- All competitors and spectators must abide by the Hunter SSA code of conduct located on the Hunter applications and forms page.
